Parking: Please make sure to park in the Capital City Plaza Parking Ramp, entrances on Kellogg Blvd, 4th St. and Cedar Ave. Parking vouchers are available for this ramp and will be given to you upon check in at the event. Valet parking outside the front entrance of hotel will have a separate charge of $18.00 and is not included in the parking voucher. Guests needing special assistance maybe dropped off at the front entrance of the hotel. Upon entering the hotel there are both elevators and escalators available to take you down to the Minnesota Ballroom for the event.
Capital City Plaza Parking Ramp(s):
From Minneapolis: I-94 East to Marion St. exit. Marion St. becomes Kellogg Blvd. Follow Kellogg Blvd. to parking ramps.
From Wisconsin: I-94 West to Kellogg Blvd. Take a left on Kellogg Blvd. to the parking ramps.
PARKING RAMPS:
Entrance on Kellogg Blvd., 4th St., and Cedar Ave.
Registration: Upon arrival at the event please check in at the registration desk to pick up your parking voucher and also your meal indicator card (please make sure to place that at your chosen seat). For those that have purchased an entire table please make sure to check in at registration for your table location.
Agenda:
6:00pm- 7:00pm – Cocktail Reception. Hors D’ Oeuvres and cash bar available (credit cards accepted).
7:00pm- 8:30pm – Dinner and program
8:30pm- Midnight –Dance
